I'm Leanne – an online coach, netballer and strength training convert. I help adult netball players get stronger, fitter and more confident – both on and off the court. No extreme diets. No cookie-cutter plans. Just smart, sustainable training that works with your lifestyle and your goals.

What is Online Coaching?
Online coaching is a personalised, digital approach to health and fitness that empowers women to achieve their goals.
As a client you can expect a bespoke fitness plan tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle, which will guide you on your journey to a healthier, stronger version of yourself.
My approach is holistic, emphasising not only physical changes but also mental transformation. I believe that a healthy mindset lays the foundation for sustainable lifestyle modifications.
Through the programme, you'll learn how to perform strength training exercises safely and effectively. I will also educate you on nutrition and help you develop healthier eating habits that support your weight loss goals, whilst also fuelling your body.
With the convenience of online coaching, you'll receive consistent support and guidance from me. I will monitor your progress, provide feedback and make necessary adjustments to your plan. You'll also join a community of like-minded individuals, sharing your experiences and celebrating your victories together.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How much does the coaching cost?
I have different packages, depending on the level of accountability you feel you need. However, you will be paying less than you would for the same level of service from a 1-2-1 personal trainer. The programme also goes much deeper than the level of your squats. I help you on your nutrition, habits and mindset as well as training. Remember this is an investment in YOU and I want to make sure you get the most out of it and achieve goals you may have been striving for years for.
Is there a contract?
This is no fad diet or quick fix. This is about learning lifelong skills and may involve undoing lifelong habits. Therefore to ensure we can get you the results you want, there is a minimum 3 month commitment. However, it is likely you will see results well within that time.
Do I have to join a gym?
There is no requirement to join a gym. Many of my clients complete all their workouts at home and have achieved fantastic results.
I'm going on holiday soon, can I join after that?
Imagine going on holiday having already started your journey to a better you? I will show you how to navigate events such as holidays, eating out and other social events. As the saying goes - there's no time like the present!
How much time do I have to commit to this?
The real advantage of having a coach (rather than following a generic plan) is that we will ensure that your workouts, nutrition etc is mapped out for you personally and fits in with your schedule. However, if you can fit in at least 3 workouts a week, this will really sky rocket your results.
Do I have to follow a meal plan?
No - I will show you how to plan your nutrition, which includes the foods you enjoy, eat what the family eat and also eat out socially. I will never get you to eat anything you don't like!!
